Can someone call me or tutor me one-on-one?
DealMachine support doesn't offer phone calls, scheduled callbacks, or one-on-one tutoring sessions. Support is available through live chat and email, and live training happens in Office Hours (below). Live chat support is available weekdays from 9 AM to 10 PM EST and weekends from 10 AM to 6 PM EST.
Office Hours — live group training, no registration needed
Office Hours are free, live online group sessions hosted by our Customer Success Manager. You can ask questions, watch features demonstrated in real time, and learn how new DealMachine works. No registration is needed — drop into any session through the link at dealmachine.com/office-hours-resources, where you can also add sessions to your calendar.
The schedule below shows the weekly sessions (all times Eastern):
Tuesday: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 – 3:00 PM
