Use this article to open and review a list in DealMachine. The list detail page shows you every record inside a specific list using the same familiar grid you already use for search results. Open it any time you need to review what's in a list, watch a list finish building, or archive one you no longer need.
Where to find it: Lists live in the left sidebar under Saved Records (Lists > All Lists). You can also create a list from a Grid of results by selecting records in Find Properties or Find People.
Opening a list
From the List Management page, click any list row. You'll be taken to that list's detail page.
The header at the top of the page displays:
List name
List status
Total record count
Created date
List description
Watching a list build
If the DealMachine list is still building, you'll also see a building status badge and a real-time progress bar with a stage label below the header. Once building completes, the progress bar disappears and the list is ready to review.
