Use this article to remove records from a list in DealMachine. You can remove records one at a time or in bulk, straight from the list detail page. Removing an item only unlinks it from the list. It does not delete the underlying property or contact record.
Where to find it: Lists live in the left sidebar under Saved Records (Lists > All Lists). You can also create a list from a Grid of results by selecting records in Find Properties or Find People.
Removing a single item from a row
If you only need to remove one record, you don't have to use the action bar. Hover over the row in the items table and click the trash icon on the right. Then click Really Remove.
Removing multiple items at once
Select the rows you want to remove using the checkboxes.
Click Actions and select Remove from List.
Click Remove.
All selected records are removed from the DealMachine list, the table and item count refresh, and the underlying property and contact records are left untouched.
