To start, open the DealMachine app on iOS or Android and sign in. You’ll land on the home screen.
Home screen
The home screen gives you quick access to search, DealMachine AI, and the map.
Search for a property
Tap Search or ask anything to start a search. You’ll also see a Recent section with your last saved search and recently viewed addresses.
As you type an address, matching results appear under Addresses. Tap an address to open the property.
Ask DealMachine AI
You can also type a question into Search or ask anything and submit it to ask DealMachine AI. To use voice input, tap the mic icon. The first time you use it, tap Allow Microphone Access.
Your spoken words will appear in the search bar so you can review them before submitting.
Open the map
Tap Explore Map to open the map and start exploring properties.
Navigate using the menu
Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner of any screen to quickly move between different areas of the app.
The menu includes:
Explore map
Find properties
Find people
Prospects
Lists
Inbox
Direct Mail
Driving for Dollars
A badge appears next to Inbox when you have unread items.
Direct Mail and Driving for Dollars only appear if they’re enabled for your workspace.
Reopen recent searches
Below the main menu options, the Recent section shows your saved searches grouped by:
Team
Today
Yesterday
Tap any saved search to open it again.
Other menu options
At the bottom of the menu:
Tap Drive to start a drive.
Tap your profile photo to open Settings.
At the top of the menu:
Tap + to return to the home screen.
Tap the magnifying glass to search your chats, saved searches, properties, and people.
