Claiming and managing Special Offers

How to claim an offer (as a new plan or on top of an existing one), how packages stack at a locked rate, how credits combine into one pool, and what happens when you remove a package.

Use this to discover and claim offers and to see the packages you already hold. You can buy an offer as your very first plan or add one on top of an existing plan.

Where to find it

Go to Billing Settings > Special Offers.

Claim an offer on an existing plan

Open Billing Settings > Special Offers and claim any open offer. The package is added on top of your current plan at its fixed price and appears in your list of held packages. Before you confirm, you'll see a preview of the added seat, added credits, and combined totals.

Buy an offer as your first plan

If you don't have a plan yet, you can choose an offer like Launch Sale 2026 during signup. Its checkout contains just that one plan at its fixed price ($990/year) — nothing else is bundled alongside it. After that first purchase, you can add more plans or packages inside Billing Settings.

Note: Removing a package is permanent. The offer can't be claimed again, and the removal isn't prorated or refunded.

How your monthly credits combine

If you hold a plan plus one or more packages, all of your monthly data credits combine into a single shared pool that resets on one date. This keeps usage simple to follow and makes sure you're never charged twice for the same record.

One shared, deduplicated pool: every package and your base plan contribute their credits to one monthly allowance. For example, a 20,000-credit plan plus two 20,000-credit packages gives you one shared 60,000-credit pool — not three separate buckets — and it all resets together each billing cycle. Deduplication spans your whole account: if you've already revealed or exported a record this cycle, accessing it again under any package or your plan won't count against your pool a second time.
