Classic plans vs. new DealMachine plans

How the classic Starter/Pro/Pro+ plans compare to the new Basic/Pro/Scale plans — pricing model, data credits, premium filters, support, and what stays the same.

Written by AJ

Use this to understand how the classic DealMachine plans (Starter, Pro, Pro+) compare to the new DealMachine plans (Basic, Pro, Scale). The short version: the biggest change is how you're billed — classic plans charged a flat monthly price per tier with a fixed lead limit, while new plans are priced per user with monthly data credits.

The classic plans

The classic tiers charged one monthly price and bundled in a set number of users, a total lead limit, and a separate monthly export cap:

The new plans

The new plans are priced per seat, and each user gets a monthly allowance of data credits — a single currency used for both revealing/enriching contacts and exporting records. Annual billing saves 17%.

Scale also adds SSO/SAML single sign-on, onboarding & team training, custom SLAs and security review, and a dedicated account manager. It's sold through the sales team.

What actually changed

  • Per-seat pricing. Classic bundled a fixed number of users into each tier. New plans charge per user, so you add seats as your team grows.

  • One data-credit pool instead of separate lead and export limits. Classic gave you a lead limit plus a separate export cap. New plans give each user a monthly data-credit allowance that covers both revealing contacts and exporting records (1 credit per reveal, 1 per exported record).

  • Premium filters are a Pro/Scale feature. On the new plans, Basic doesn't include premium filters; Pro and Scale do.

  • Tiered support. New plans scale support with the tier — standard on Basic, priority on Pro, and dedicated (with an account manager) on Scale.

What stays the same

Both classic and new plans include: nationwide property & owner data, saved searches & filters, the Driving for Dollars app, the Mail app (usage-based postcards), API / CLI / webhook access, Apps & Zapier connections, and team management.
