Tap Explore Map on the home screen, or open the menu and tap Explore map.
Use the map controls
The map includes several tools to help you find and view properties:
Tap the search bar to search for an address or location.
Tap Filters to narrow down the properties shown on the map.
Tap the draw icon to draw a boundary around a specific area.
Tap the layers icon to open Map options.
Tap the location icon to center the map on your current location.
If you rotate the map, tap the compass to return it to a north-up view.
Customize the map
Open Map options to change how the map is displayed. These settings only change how the map looks and do not change your search results.
You can adjust:
Basemap: Choose Standard or Satellite.
Your Prospects: Choose Clusters, Heat, Both, or Off.
Drive Routes: Slide right to show drive routes from up to 2 years ago, or slide left to hide them. Routes less than 6 months old appear in blue, while routes 6 to 12 months old appear in orange. You can also switch between Mine and Team.
View a property
Tap a property on the map to open its property card.
The card may show details such as:
Address
Prospect badge, if the property has already been added as a prospect
Estimated value
Equity
Last sale price
Beds
Square footage
Year built
From the property card, you can also:
Tap Send mail.
Tap Add note.
Tap the tag icon.
Tap the camera icon.
Swipe the card up to open the full property page.
Swipe down or tap X to close the card.
Select multiple properties
To select several properties at once, tap and hold on the map to start selecting.
Selected properties are highlighted, and a bar shows how many properties you’ve selected.
Tap Actions to take action on the selected properties, including:
Add as prospects
Add to a list
Export
Send mail
