Where to find it: Tap Send mail from a property page or map card. To mail several properties, select them, tap Actions, then tap Send mail.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
A published postcard design
Enough funds in your mail balance
Postcard designs are created on the web under Direct Mail.
Send a postcard
Add the property or person as a prospect. Once it’s a prospect, tap Send mail.
Under Design, swipe through your available postcard designs and select one.
Choose who should receive the postcard:
Property owner sends it to the owner’s mailing address on file.
Current resident sends it to the property address.
Review Goes to when mailing one property, or Audience when mailing a selection. DealMachine validates addresses and removes duplicate mailboxes before printing.
Under From, tap Change to choose a return address or Edit to update the sender information. Your selection is saved for next time.
Review Cost to see the total price, number of postcards, and your current mail balance.
Tap Send mail to complete the send.
Your mail balance is charged, and the postcards are added to the print queue. You can track your mail under Direct Mail in the mobile app.
Note: Mail sent from mobile goes out right away. To schedule mail for later or create a multi-step mail sequence, use the web app.
