Use this article to target specific areas in the DealMachine Map View by entering locations, drawing a custom shape, or drawing a radius around a point.
Where to find it: Use the Locations filter in the filter window on the left side of the map, or the plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner of the map.
Enter a location
In the filter window on the left side of the map, click Locations. Type the location you want and select the correct match from the dropdown list. You can enter multiple states, ZIP codes, or counties.
Draw a shape
To draw a custom area, click Draw Area inside the Locations filter, or click the plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner of the map and select Draw Area.
Click on the map to set your first point. As you move your mouse, a line will appear. Click again to set more points and continue outlining your shape until it is complete.
Use the radius tool
The radius tool lets you select properties within a circular area, which is helpful when targeting properties around a specific location.
Open it by clicking Radius Point in the Locations filter, or by clicking the plus (+) icon in the lower-left corner and selecting Radius.
Choose a point or property on the map. A circle will appear around it using the default 1-mile radius. Adjust the radius by sliding the distance bar to your preferred size.
