Use this article to size up a property at a glance while you drive, using the preview card that gives you the property's photo, key details, owner and contact info, and quick actions.
Where to find it: In the DealMachine mobile app, tap a property on the map and a preview card slides up from the bottom of the screen.
To close the card, swipe it down or tap anywhere on the map. Tip: tap and hold the street photo to open a street view of the property.
Insights, Info & Tags Tabs
Three tabs near the top of the card let you check different details about the property.
Tap Insights to see an occupancy badge and a grid of financial stats (Estimated Equity, Equity %, Annual Taxes, and Price per Sq Ft by default). Tap Customize to change which stats appear.
Tap Info to see property attributes such as Lot Size, Year Built, and Type. Tap Customize to change them.
Tap Tags to see the property's tags.
Owner & Contacts
Scroll below the Insights tab to see the recorded owner and a preview card for each contact. Each card shows the contact's name, an owner type badge, age, and how many phone numbers and emails are available.
Contact names use no credits. Tap Details to reveal phone numbers, emails, and other contact options. Revealing a contact costs 1 data credit.
Quick Actions
The action buttons at the top of the card change depending on whether a drive is active.
When no drive is active, tap the star to favorite the property, or tap the "..." menu for Add to Route, Take Photo, and Take Notes.
When a drive is active, tap Add Target (orange) to target the property and tap Mark as Visited (green) to log the visit.
Tap View Property Details at the bottom of the card to open the full property page at any time.
