Use this article to see everything about a property in one place on mobile, including investment insights, property details, financials, mortgage info, sale history, contacts, tags, notes, and imagery, and to arrange the page so the sections you use most are right at the top.

Where to find it: In the DealMachine mobile app, tap a property on the map or select one from search results, then tap View Property Details on the preview card. You can also swipe the preview card upward to expand it and view the property's full details.

Page Sections

The page is made up of sections you can show, hide, and reorder. By default you'll see:

  • Investment Insights: four metrics (Estimated Equity, Equity %, Annual Taxes, and Price per Sq Ft). Tap Customize to choose up to four.

  • Property Details: Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Square Feet, Lot Size, Year Built, and Property Type. Tap Customize to choose up to six fields.

  • Tags & Notes: add or manage tags on the Tags tab, and view or add notes on the Notes tab.

  • Contact Information: shows how many contacts, phones, and emails are available. Tap Reveal Contacts to unmask phone numbers and emails, then tap a phone number to call. Revealing a contact costs 1 data credit.

  • Financial Overview: assessed and market values, equity and LTV badges, and an equity gauge.

  • Mortgage & Debt: a card for each loan with lender, balance, payment, and a paid-down progress bar.

  • Sale History: past sales, newest first.

  • HOA Details: the HOA name and fee, or a note that there isn't one.

  • Liens & Encumbrances: any active liens on the property.

Calculators aren't included in the mobile version of the property page.
