Use this article to review the properties you've visited while driving, see a summary of your activity, and filter your visits to quickly find specific properties.
Where to find it: In the DealMachine mobile app, open the Drive Dashboard from the car icon in the bottom navigation, then tap the Visited tab.
At the top of the tab is a summary card that displays five metrics for the selected date range: Properties, Targeted, Photos, Tags, and Notes.
Filter Your Visited Properties
Tap the date range dropdown (defaults to Last 30 Days) to switch between Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Year, All Time, and Custom Range. The summary card and property list update to match your selection.
You can also use the filter pills to narrow the list:
All: shows all visited properties (default).
Manual: shows only properties you manually marked as visited.
Auto: shows only properties the app automatically detected as visited.
Property List
Each property card displays the property photo, property address, visit date and time, and activities, tags, and notes.
You must be within 1,000 feet of a property to mark it as visited. The Visited tab only displays activity for the account you're currently signed in to. To view your team's driving activity, use the DealMachine web app.
