Use this article to manage your Driving for Dollars settings from the DealMachine web app, where you can organize property tags, update drive preferences, set the property visit window, and view photos captured by your team in the field. Changes sync with the mobile app.

Where to find it: Open the D4D Settings page in the DealMachine web app.

Manage the property tags your team uses to mark property conditions. From this section, you can edit a tag name, change a tag's color, reorder tags by dragging them, add a new tag, and delete a tag.

New organizations start with 10 default tags: Vacant, Occupied, Distressed, Well-Maintained, Needs Roof Work, Overgrown Yard, Boarded Up, For Sale Sign, New Construction, and Recently Renovated.

You can have up to 20 tags. Tags that are currently in use cannot be deleted.

Use the Route Overlay toggle to show or hide completed drive routes on the map. When enabled, routes are color-coded by age:

Choose how long visited property markers remain visible on the map. Available options are 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year. The default is 30 days, and changes take effect immediately.

The Media Library lets you browse property photos captured by your team. The summary at the top shows Total Photos, Current Page, Photos Shown, and Properties Shown. Pictures are grouped by property address.
