What Driving for Dollars is
Driving for Dollars (D4D) is the practice of driving neighborhoods to spot distressed or neglected properties and capture them as leads on the DealMachine mobile app.
How a drive works
Start a Free Drive, which tracks your route.
Tap a property to open its preview card, where you can favorite it, add it to your route, take a photo, add notes, and apply tags such as Vacant or Distressed.
Mark as Visited when you are within 1,000 feet of the property, or use Add Target.
Everything you capture syncs to your DealMachine account for follow-up, so you can export or mail those leads.
Reviewing your activity
Your drive history, visited properties, and targets appear in the Drive Dashboard. Team activity rolls up to the DealMachine web app so everyone can see what has been captured.
Available at launch
Only Free Drive ships at launch. It is the drive mode available in DealMachine today.
