Use this article to delete a list in DealMachine. Deleting permanently removes a list. If you'd like to keep the list without permanently removing it, archive it instead.
Where to find it: Lists live in the left sidebar under Saved Records (Lists > All Lists). You can also create a list from a Grid of results by selecting records in Find Properties or Find People.
Deleting a list from the List Management page
Click the three dots to the right of the list you want to delete and select Delete List.
Click Delete Forever.
Deleting a list from the List Details page
Open a list.
Click the three dots in the top right corner and select Delete List.
Click Delete Forever.
What happens to saved searches
If a deleted list was being used as a filter in a saved search, that reference is disassociated or updated when the list is removed. This keeps your saved searches from breaking, but you may want to revisit them to make sure they still produce the results you expect.
