Use this article to manage your tags, map display, and driving preferences from the DealMachine web app.
Where to find it: Click your name in the lower-left corner, select Settings, then go to App settings. You'll see three pages: Tags, Map, and Driving.
Tags
Tags are a shared set of labels for everyone in your workspace.
Default tags: Hot, Warm, Cold, Follow up, and Do not contact. Hiding a tag keeps it on existing records.
Your tags: click Add tag to create labels that fit how your team works.
Driving tags: quick labels for what you spot from the road. The defaults are Vacant, Occupied, Distressed, Well-Maintained, Needs Roof Work, Overgrown Yard, Boarded Up, For Sale Sign, New Construction, and Recently Renovated. Click Manage driving tags to edit them.
Use a different set while driving: turn this on to switch to your driving tags when you start a drive. Your regular tags come back when the drive ends.
Map
Map settings are saved for this browser. Set your mobile preferences in the mobile app.
Property dot density: choose how soon property dots appear as you zoom in: More dots, Default, or Fewer dots. Search matches, prospects, and selected properties always stay visible.
Prospect display: choose how your prospects appear when you zoom out, such as Clusters.
Driving
Property taps during a drive sets what happens when you tap a house on the map while driving:
Normal: tap a house to open its card, look it over, then add it from there.
Tap to add: tap a house to add it right away.
