In DealMachine you can filter your properties by which list they belong to, using the List Membership filter in Find Properties. This lets you narrow your search to (or away from) the properties on your saved lists.
How to filter by list
Go to Find Properties.
Open your filters and add List Membership.
Choose one mode — Include or Exclude (you pick one, not both):
Include — show only properties that are on the list or lists you select.
Exclude — hide properties that are on the list or lists you select.
Select one or more lists.
Your results update to match.
The List Membership filter is either Include or Exclude — not both at once. There is no separate "any / or" option; you simply choose Include or Exclude and then pick the list or lists.
Working with more than one list
You can select more than one list. For example, choose Include and select your Foreclosure list and your D4D Vacant list to work from those lists together, or choose Exclude and select the lists whose properties you want to leave out. You can also combine List Membership with your other Find Properties filters to narrow your results further.
Where to find your lists
To see every list on your account, go to the Lists area, which shows all of your lists. (Saved Records shows the individual properties and people you've saved or starred — that's a different place from Lists.)
