Where to find it: Tap Filters on the map, or tap the filter icon in Find properties or Find people.

Apply filters

To narrow your results:

  1. Choose a category under Quick Filters, such as Signs of distress, Who owns it, or On the market. You can also use Search all filters to find a specific filter.

  2. Tap a filter to add it. The filter appears as a chip at the top of the screen, and the result count updates.

  3. Tap Show N properties or Show N people to apply your filters and view the results.

To remove a single filter, tap the × on its chip.

To remove all filters, tap Clear.

Filter by location

Use the search bar to narrow your results to a specific location.

Enter a:

  • City

  • ZIP code

  • County

  • State

Tap a suggestion to add it as a location filter. The location will appear as a chip, such as 62052, Illinois.

You can repeat this process to search multiple locations at once.

Save a property search to your team

Workspace admins and owners can save a property search for the rest of the team.

After applying at least one property filter, tap Save to team.

Saved team searches appear under Recent > Team in the menu, where anyone on the team can open them.

Only admins can remove a saved team search.

Note: Team searches open with their filters locked. To make changes, tap Edit filters to create your own editable copy.

Find people filters

Find people uses many of the same filters, but some property-specific categories, such as Signs of distress, aren’t available.

People searches also can’t be saved to the team.
