On a property page, click the ... menu and choose Archive prospect. From the Prospects page, you can also select one or more records and archive them from the actions bar.
Archive a prospect
When you archive a prospect:
It’s removed from your Active Prospects view.
It no longer counts toward the Prospects total.
Its lists, contact information, activity, and history stay unchanged.
You can still find the record through search.
Archiving does not delete the property or person.
View archived prospects
On the Prospects page, change the status filter from Active to Archived. This lets you review prospects you’ve archived without adding them back to your active working set.
Restore an archived prospect
You can restore an archived record by adding it as a prospect again.
What can reactivate an archived prospect?
Sending mail to an archived prospect automatically moves it back to Active. Simply viewing or exporting an archived prospect does not reactivate it.
Note: Archiving does not change any do-not-contact or suppression settings on the record.
