Use this article to quickly see who owns a property and who else is connected to it, so you can find the right person to talk to. The Property Owner & Associated Contacts section on the DealMachine Property Page brings that information together in one place.
Where to find it: Open a property's Property Page by hovering its row in the Grid and clicking View (or find the property through Quick Search). On the Property Page, use the left Page Sections list to jump to Property Owner & Associated Contacts, or scroll to the section directly.
The section is split into two parts.
Recorded Property Owner
This part shows the official owner names (up to two, labeled Owner 1 and Owner 2) and the mailing address on file with the county.
Associated Contacts
This part lists the people DealMachine has linked to the property, with up to 5 associated contacts. Each contact appears as a card showing their name, their relationship to the property (such as Owner, Current Resident, Renter, or Family Member), and their contact info.
Names and relationships are free to view. Phone numbers and emails are hidden until you reveal them, and each reveal costs 1 data credit per contact.
You have two ways to reveal contact info:
Reveal everyone at once by clicking the Reveal [N] Contacts button, where N is the number of associated contacts.
Reveal contacts one at a time by clicking a contact card to open that person's People Page, then clicking Reveal Contact.
Either way, DealMachine charges 1 data credit per contact revealed.
