Use this article to see when a record was last exported and last revealed in DealMachine, so you can avoid pulling data you already have.
Where to find it: These dates appear directly on each property page and person page in DealMachine.
Last Exported
The Last Exported date appears as a pill near the Save button at the top of a property or person page. The date updates whenever the record is exported, whether through CSV export, an integration, the API, or CLI/MCP. Click the pill to view the record's full export history.
Last Revealed
The Last Revealed date updates each time you reveal a person. Revealing costs 1 data credit per contact.
On the property page, look for the Last Revealed date next to each contact's name.
On the person page, look for it next to the Contact Information section header.
