Use this article to manage every postcard you've created in DealMachine from one central library. The Designs dashboard lets you browse your designs as visual cards, search and filter to find the right one, preview both sides, and create, edit, archive, or delete designs from one place.
Where to find it: Open the Direct Mail app in the left sidebar and go to Designs.
Each design appears as a thumbnail preview with its name, size (for example, 4x6 or 6x9), and orientation (landscape or portrait) shown below. Designs that haven't been published yet show a "Draft" badge on the thumbnail.
Find a design
Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow down your library:
Type in the search bar to filter designs by name.
Use the status dropdown ("Current") to show only Draft or Active designs.
Use the size dropdown ("All Sizes") to filter by postcard size.
Create or edit a design
To start a new design, click the green "+ Create Design" button in the top-right. This takes you to the Design Creator. To edit an existing design, click the pencil (edit) icon on its card to open it in the Design Creator with that design loaded.
Archive a design
To archive a design, hover your mouse over it and click the box in the top-left corner. The action menu appears at the bottom of the page, where you can click Actions > Archive Design.
Preview a postcard
Hover your mouse over a design and click Preview to open a full-size preview. The front shows by default. Use the "Front" and "Back" buttons at the bottom to flip sides, or use the keyboard: press F to flip and ESC to close. Click the X in the top-right to close the preview.
