Use this article to see how a property has changed hands and how its value has moved over time. The Property History & Trends section of the DealMachine Property Page is useful for spotting motivated sellers, understanding equity, and judging market direction.

Where to find it: Open a property's Property Page by hovering its row in the Grid and clicking View (or find the property through Quick Search). On the Property Page, use the left Page Sections list to jump to Property History & Trends, or scroll down to find the section.

This tab lists each sale or transfer as a card. Every card includes the sale type (such as Warranty Deed or Intrafamily Transfer), the sale price, the sold date, the buyer and seller names, and a short note explaining the sale type.

Below the cards, a summary shows the total number of sales, the latest sale date, how many years the property has been owned, and the total change in value.

This tab shows the times the property has been listed for sale. Each listing includes the list date, list price, days on market, listing status, and the agent's information when it's available.

This tab shows a chart of estimated values going back about ten years.
