Use this article to understand the Property Overview section of the DealMachine Property Page, where you get a fast, at-a-glance summary of a property before you dig deeper.
Where to find it: Open a property's Property Page by hovering its row in the Grid and clicking View (or find the property through Quick Search). On the Property Page, use the left Page Sections list to jump to Property Overview.
Quick summary
At the top of the section, DealMachine provides a quick summary of the property. Depending on the available data, it displays:
Property address
Parcel ID or coordinates (shown if the address is unavailable)
Estimated value
Last sale price
Last sale date
Important property flags
Property Details
The Property Details section contains information about the property's physical features, land characteristics, and property classification. Examples of details that may appear include:
Square footage
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Lot size
Year built
Property type
Land attributes
Building features
These details help you better understand the property and compare it against other opportunities.
Insights
The Insights section displays key calculations and investment metrics so you can evaluate a property more quickly. You can customize which insights appear and rearrange their order at any time.
Customize Insights
To customize your Insights section:
Click Customize in the Insights section.
A two-panel window opens. The left panel shows all available insights grouped by category, and the right panel shows your currently selected insights in display order.
Click an insight in the left panel to add it.
Drag and drop insight cards in the right panel to rearrange their order.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.
