Use this article to understand what each DealMachine balance pays for, so you always know which one an action draws from.
Where to find it: Click your name in the lower-left corner to see your data credits. For all three balances, open Billing Settings.
Three separate balances
DealMachine uses three balances that don't share a pool. Running low on one doesn't affect the others.
Data Credits
Used for revealing contacts and exporting property and contact data. See them in Billing Settings under Usage this period.
Wallet Funds
A prepaid balance for sending direct mail. Manage it in Billing Settings → Wallet and payments.
AI Credits
AI Credits power DealMachine AI, including the Ask AI box on Home and the Chat panel. See your monthly AI credits in Billing Settings under Usage this period.
