If you're coming from DealMachine Classic and hunting for a familiar feature in the new interface, this guide is for you. Most things you had are still here — they just live in new places. Below is the quick reference, followed by more detail on features that aren't yet in new DealMachine.

Finding properties and people
What you're looking for | Where it is in new DealMachine |
The map | Go to Prospect → Find Properties (or Find People).
There are three views: Grid, Map, and Split.
Toggle between them using the icon next to the burger icon (three lines with a small gear) in the upper right side of the screen. |
Search / look up an address | Click the magnifying glass in the upper left corner of the screen. Type the address, hit search, and click the result. Searching is always free — no credits used. |
Build a filter | Once you're in Find Properties or Find People, the filters are right there on the page — no separate builder to open. |
Add a property manually | Use the search magnifying glass in the upper left, type the address, click the result. On the property page, look for the star icon on the same line as the property address. Clicking the star saves the property to your saved records. |
Lists and saved leads
What you're looking for | Where it is in new DealMachine |
Make a new list | Making a list is an action. Select the properties you want from your search results, click Actions, then Create List. You can also choose Add to List to add them to an existing list. |
Your existing lists (from Classic) | Lists were imported by the one-time migration. See Moving to new DealMachine: migrating your account. |
Your leads (saved properties) | Leads (and trashed leads) transfer as part of the one-time migration and appear in your lists. If they aren't showing right away, give the import a few hours to finish. |
Contact info, reveals, and exports

Reveal / skip-trace a contact | On any Property or Person view, click Reveal next to a contact. Each reveal costs 1 data credit; you never pay again for the same reveal within the same billing cycle. |
Export | Select the properties or contacts you want to export, click actions and then Export. Each exported record is 1 data credit; property and contact each count as their own record. See Data credits. |
Driving for Dollars and direct mail

Account, team, and API

Change your email | Account Settings → Settings → Profile. Same email works on both Classic and new DealMachine, but each has its own separate password. |
Coming soon — features not yet in new DealMachine
A few Classic features aren't in new DealMachine yet. If you rely on any of these, keep using Classic at app.dealmachine.com until they're back — your data and balance stay in sync between both versions.
Photos on leads — the option to upload a photo to a lead is coming soon.
Notes on leads — coming soon.
Tasks — coming soon.
Dialer — new DealMachine doesn't include the Dialer; there's no "mark as called" workflow tied to a dial. Existing Classic dialer functionality remains available in Classic.
Bulk-tag on the web — tagging is being reintroduced through the Driving for Dollars mobile app rather than the web interface. For grouping properties on the web today, use Lists.
Litigator scrubbing — not yet available in new DealMachine. Recommend a third-party scrub if you call at volume.
