How Export Limits Work

Learn how DealMachine data credits are counted when you export properties and contacts.

Use this article to understand how DealMachine counts data credits when you export.

Where to find it: Check your data credit balance by clicking your name at the bottom-left corner of the screen in DealMachine.

How data credits are counted

Your plan includes a set number of data credits per billing period. Exporting costs 1 data credit per record, where a property and a contact each count as a record.

  • Exporting 1 property = 1 data credit.

  • Exporting 1 contact = 1 data credit.

For example, if you export 10 properties and include 1 contact per property, you use 20 data credits (10 properties plus 10 contacts).

Review before you export

The export window shows a live summary of how many records are billable before you confirm, so you can review how many data credits will be used before exporting.

Free re-exports

Records you have already exported during your current billing period are free to re-export and will not count again.

Check your balance

To view your data credit status, click your name at the bottom-left corner of the screen in DealMachine. You will see your total data credits, remaining balance, and the date your credits reset.
