Which mobile app do I need? DealMachine vs. DealMachine Classic

New plans work in the new DealMachine app — available on both Google Play and the App Store. The previous app is DealMachine Classic. If you bought a plan and only see a pricing screen, you're in the wrong app.

Use this to make sure you have the right DealMachine mobile app for your plan. During the transition there are two apps, and which one you need depends on which platform your subscription is on.

The two apps

  • DealMachine — the new app, for new DealMachine plans (Basic, Pro, Scale, and launch offers like the $990/year package).

  • DealMachine Classic — the previous app, renamed. It works with classic/legacy subscriptions only.

"I bought a plan but the app only shows me a pricing screen"

This almost always means you're signed in to DealMachine Classic with a new-plan account. The Classic app can't see new DealMachine subscriptions, so it assumes you don't have a plan and shows pricing. Your purchase is fine — you just need the new app (or the web version) instead.

Where to get the new DealMachine app

You can also use new DealMachine in any browser at dealmachine.com/sign-in — it works on mobile too.

If you're on a classic (legacy) plan

Keep using DealMachine Classic. On Android, get it on Google Play. You can always use classic on the web at app.dealmachine.com. Your classic subscription works there as always. When you're ready to move to new DealMachine, see Moving to new DealMachine: migrating your account.
