Use this article to read your DealMachine search results in Grid View — the default table of properties or people that updates automatically as you change filters.
Where to find it: Grid View is DealMachine's default results view. Open Prospect in the left sidebar, choose Find Properties or Find People, and run a search — your results appear in Grid View automatically. You can switch to Map or Split View with the view switcher at the top-right.
Grid View is a spreadsheet-style table that refreshes on its own whenever you adjust a filter or location, so you always see the current matches.
The first column is pinned
In Grid View, the first column stays pinned to the left as you scroll sideways: Address for property searches, Person for people searches.
Default columns
The columns you see depend on what you're prospecting. The list below shows DealMachine's default columns for each mode:
Property searches: Address, Contacts, Estimated Value, Property Type, Living Area (sq ft), Year Built, Last Sale Price, Last Sale Date.
People searches: Person, Contact Info, Age, Estimated Household Income, Gender, Marital Status, Educational Level.
Moving through results
At the bottom of the Grid, DealMachine shows the total number of results on the left (for example, "Showing 1 to 25 of 1,192 results") and, on the right, a Rows per page control (25, 50, or 100) with a page indicator and navigation arrows.
