Use this article to tailor the DealMachine Grid View to your workflow by adding, reordering, resizing, sorting, and removing columns, and by choosing how many rows appear per page.
Where to find it: The Grid View appears in your prospecting results. Column controls are behind the gear icon in the top-right corner of the grid, and pagination controls are at the bottom of the grid.
Adding columns
To add more columns to your view, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the grid and select Edit Columns. Choose your preferred columns from the left panel, then click Save Changes to apply.
Reordering columns
Drag and drop columns to rearrange their order. The Address column (for properties) or Person column (for people) is always pinned as the first column and cannot be moved.
Resizing columns
Hover over the edge of a column header until you see a two-headed arrow, then click and drag to adjust the width. Your custom widths are saved automatically and persist across sessions.
Sorting columns
Most columns can be sorted by clicking the sort icon beside the column header. Click once to sort ascending and again to sort descending.
Removing columns
To remove columns, click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select Edit Columns. On the right side, hover over the column you want to remove and click the X icon.
Adjust rows per page
At the bottom of the grid, you will see the total number of results and pagination controls. Adjust Rows per page to show 25, 50, or 100 records at once, or use the page navigation arrows to jump between pages.
