Use this article to select leads in the DealMachine Grid View so you can perform bulk actions such as exporting.
Where to find it: Selection controls are the checkboxes on the left of each row and in the Address/Person column header of the Grid View.
Ways to select leads
Individual rows: Click the checkbox on the left side of any row to select or deselect it.
Current page: Click the checkbox in the Address/Person column header to select or deselect all leads on the current page.
All matching results: Click the small down arrow beside the Address/Person column checkbox and choose Select All. This selects all records that match your current filters, not just the current page.
Custom number: In the same dropdown, use Select custom number to enter a specific count. Type the number you want and click the check icon to confirm. The maximum is limited by your export quota or the total number of matching records, whichever is lower.
Deselect all: When leads are selected, a Deselect all option appears in the dropdown to clear all selections at once. You can also click Deselect All at the top of the Grid View.
The number of selected leads is displayed next to the Address/Person column header and at the top of the grid, so you can always see how many records are currently selected.
Search for prospects
Step 1: Choose your search type. Click either Find Properties or Find People in the left sidebar to select what you want to search for.
Step 2: Set your filters. Use the filter panel on the left to narrow down results by location, price, demographics, property type, and dozens of other criteria. As you select filters, the grid updates in real time.
Step 3: Review your results. The grid instantly shows matching records with Insights at the top (total count by category).
Helpful tips
Use Past Searches: If you frequently run the same search, your past searches appear in the sidebar grouped under headings such as Past Searches, Yesterday, and This Week. Click any to instantly reload that search with its saved filters.
Export your results: The Export button in the top right lets you download grid data as a file for external analysis or follow-up.
Take advantage of pinned columns: A pinned column stays in view when you scroll. Pin the columns that matter most to you.
Use Insights: After applying filters, the numbers at the top of the grid (for example, 18.8K Properties or 4.8K Absentee Owners) give you instant context for your search results.
