Use this article to read the Insights bar — the live stats DealMachine shows above your Grid results.
Where to find it: The Insights bar runs across the top of your results, just above the Grid, and appears as soon as you run a search under Prospect (Find Properties or Find People).
The Insights bar recalculates automatically with every filter or location change, giving you a running snapshot of what your current DealMachine search contains.
Default insights
Property searches: Properties, Owners, Phone Numbers, Emails.
People searches: People, Phone Numbers, Emails.
Other insights you can add
Property insights include Residents, Absentee Owners, Vacant Homes, Owner-Occupied, Corporate Owned, Multiple Property Owners, In Probate, Senior Owners, Out of State Owners, Preforeclosures, Foreclosures, Foreclosure Auctions, Bank Owned, and Zombie Properties.
People insights include Property Owners, Property Investors, Landline Phone Numbers, Mobile Phone Numbers, Deliverable Emails, and Non-DNC (not on the Do-Not-Call list) Phone Numbers.
How many insights you can show
The Insights bar shows up to 5 insights at a time. "Properties" (or "People") is always included and can't be removed. To swap the others, see Customizing Insights.
