Use this article to read the Contact Overview — the header at the top of every person's profile in DealMachine that summarizes who someone is and how they score on key behavioral signals.
Where to find it: Open a person's profile (their People Page) — for example, click a contact under a property's Associated Contacts, or run a Find People search (or Quick Search) and open a result. The Contact Overview is the fixed section at the very top of the page.
What the Contact Overview shows
The Contact Overview shows the person's name, age, and location, along with demographic tags such as High Income or Homeowner. It also includes action buttons to save the record, export the data, or open more options.
Behavioral Insights
The Behavioral Insights panel in the Contact Overview shows up to 6 insight cards. The defaults are:
Likely to Move
Mortgage Prospect
Home Purchase (Last 6 Months)
Estimated Household Income
Auto Loan Prospect
Homeowner Status
You can change which insights appear and reorder them to match your workflow. To customize them, click the Customize button at the top-right of the Behavioral Insights panel.
