Use this article to read the Contact Information section — the part of a person's profile in DealMachine where you'll find their phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing address, everything you need to reach out.
Where to find it: Open a person's profile (their People Page) — for example, click a contact under a property's Associated Contacts, or run a Find People search (or Quick Search) and open a result. On the People Page, look near the top or click Contact Information in the left sidebar to jump to the section. Contact Information is one section of the People Page, and sections can be pinned or reordered.
What the Contact Information section shows
Phone numbers — each number shows its type (Mobile or Landline), a % match score indicating how confident DealMachine is that the number belongs to the contact, and a DNC (Do-Not-Call) badge where applicable.
Email addresses — each email shows a % match score so you can tell which addresses are most likely to reach the contact.
Mailing address — the person's mailing address is shown below the phone numbers and emails.
Revealing a contact's phone and email
In DealMachine, a contact's phone numbers and email addresses stay hidden until you click Reveal Contact. Revealing a contact's phone and email costs 1 data credit per contact. Once revealed, the phone type, % match scores, and any DNC badges become visible in the Contact Information section.
