Use this article to read the Household & Family section — the part of a person's profile in DealMachine that gives you a quick snapshot of who lives in the same household as your contact, along with estimated financial data about that household as a whole.
Where to find it: Open a person's profile (their People Page) — for example, click a contact under a property's Associated Contacts, or run a Find People search (or Quick Search) and open a result. On the People Page, scroll down to the Household & Family section or click Household and Family in the left sidebar. Household & Family is one section of the People Page, and sections can be pinned or reordered.
Household members
The Household & Family section lists everyone associated with the same address. Each person is displayed with their initials, full name, and age. If a household member has a different address on file than your current contact, that secondary address is shown beneath their name.
Estimated Household Information
This subsection provides estimated information about the household, not just the individual contact. These values are based on modeled data and may not reflect verified information.
Estimated Household Income — the household's estimated annual income. An income indicator helps show how the household compares to others.
Net Assets — an estimated range of the household's total assets and wealth.
Housing Status — indicates whether the household is estimated to own or rent their residence.
Length of Residence — the estimated amount of time the household has lived at their current address.
