Real Estate Portfolio

The section of a person's profile that shows every property a contact owns, so you can spot multi-property investors at a glance.

Use this article to read the Real Estate Portfolio section — the part of a person's profile in DealMachine that shows every property a contact owns. Use it to spot multi-property investors at a glance and prioritize the contacts most likely to produce a deal.

Where to find it: Open a person's profile (their People Page) — for example, click a contact under a property's Associated Contacts, or run a Find People search (or Quick Search) and open a result. On the People Page, the Real Estate Portfolio is one section, and sections can be pinned or reordered. The layout of this section changes based on how many properties the contact owns.

Two or more properties

When a contact owns multiple properties, the section header reads Real Estate Portfolio and includes:

  • Ownership summary cards showing total property count, estimated total value, total equity, and total debt.

  • An interactive map with a pin for each property.

  • Property cards showing the property image, address, year built, time owned, estimated value, equity, LTV (loan-to-value), and a Primary or Investment tag.

One property

When a contact owns a single property, the section header reads Primary Residence and shows:

  • An interactive map with a single pin.

  • A property card with time owned, estimated value, equity, and debt.

No properties

If the contact doesn't own any properties, the Real Estate Portfolio section is hidden from the People Page and displays N/A in the Page Sections navigation menu.

Tip: Use the Real Estate Portfolio section to identify investor contacts quickly — anyone with two or more properties is worth a closer look.
