Use this article to understand a property's financial position at a glance. The Financial Overview section of the DealMachine Property Page summarizes equity, debt, mortgage information, and tax history in one place.

Where to find it: Open a property's Property Page by hovering its row in the Grid and clicking View (or find the property through Quick Search). On the Property Page, use the left Page Sections list to jump to Financial Overview.

At the top of the section, an equity indicator gives you a quick summary of the property's estimated equity position.
