Where to find it: Deduplication is applied automatically when you export from the Property Prospecting Grid (Select → Export).
Contact List exports
If the same person appears across multiple properties, deduplication ensures they appear only once, linked to the first property.
Email List or Phone List exports
Each phone number or email appears only once. If multiple contacts share the same phone number or email, the first contact keeps it.
