Use this article to see how your DealMachine direct mail campaigns are performing - how much you've sent, how much was delivered, and how recipients are engaging - so you can track results over time and make data-driven decisions about your mailing strategy.
Where to find it: Open the Direct Mail app in the left sidebar and go to Analytics.
At the top you'll see four metric cards plus a campaign count:
Sent - total mail pieces sent.
Delivered - pieces confirmed delivered.
Unique Opens - distinct properties with at least one engagement.
Open Rate - unique opens as a percentage of deliveries.
Click any metric card to update the chart below and view that metric's performance over time. Use the Date Range picker to focus on a specific time period - the metrics, chart, and campaign list all update accordingly. You can also use the Group By option to switch the chart between daily and weekly views.
Note: If there's only one data point in your selected range, the chart shows a single large number instead of a line.
Browse your campaigns
Below the chart is a table of your campaigns showing name, status, total sent, total delivered, total opened, unique openers, open rate, and the created and launched dates. Search by campaign name to find one quickly.
View campaign detail
Click a campaign to open its detail view, which includes:
Campaign-level stats for Sent, Delivered, Unique Opens, and Open Rate.
A delivery ring chart showing your delivery rate, with delivered and failed counts.
A delivery timeline comparing sent and delivered over time.
A QR scan activity chart.
A "Properties Who Opened" table showing the property, mailing address, open count, and last opened date.
Export your openers
From a campaign's detail view, you can export a CSV of the properties who opened, with columns for property address, open count, first opened, and last opened.
