Use this article to save the properties and people you want to follow up on in DealMachine, so you can bookmark records worth revisiting while you review many at once.
Where to find it: Hover a row in the Grid and click the star icon, or use the star near the title on a record's detail page.
Save a record from the Grid
When you are rapidly reviewing many records, you can save a property or contact without opening it:
In the Grid, hover over the row you want to save.
Click the star icon. A filled star means the record is saved.
To remove a record, click the filled star again.
Save a record from its detail page
You can also save a property or person with a single click from its detail page. Look for the star button near the record title in the header. The star is filled when the record is saved and outlined when it is not. Click the outlined star to save, or the filled star to remove.
Where saved records appear
There is no limit on how many records you can save in DealMachine. Saved items appear under Saved Records, split into Properties and People.
