Use this article to return to the properties and people you have saved in DealMachine, take bulk actions on them, and tidy up your collection without re-running searches.
Where to find it: Saved Records lives in the main navigation, split into Properties and People. A count next to each label shows how many records you have saved (for example, "Properties 142"). By default, your most recently saved records appear at the top.
Review your saved records
Saved Records > Properties shows your saved properties with key details like address, owner, and status.
Saved Records > People shows your saved contacts with details like name, address, and phone.
Find and sort
Use the search bar to filter your saved records by address, owner name, or contact name. Sort by Date Added to see your newest saves first.
Take bulk actions
Select multiple records to bring up the selection action bar, where you can Export or Remove from Saved in bulk.
Remove a record
To remove a single record, click the trashcan icon on its row. You can also remove records in bulk from the action bar. The saved count updates as you go.
Tip: When you run a regular search, records you have already saved show a star icon in the results, an easy way to tell which leads are already in your collection.
Note: There is no limit on how many records you can save.
